Nellie R. Aguilar is an effective and well respected attorney in the Central Valley Area. She believes in a practical approach to resolving your legal problems in a most efficient manner. She is an experienced litigator who takes her client’s needs very seriously. She has been a solo practitioner since 2002 and prior to that worked as a Deputy District Attorney working in the Child Support Division. While employed as a Deputy District Attorney she was a member of the Prosecutor’s Association, was an Adjunct professor at Central California College of Law, has been a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, was the president and board member of the La Raza Lawyers Association and a board member at Fresno Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She has been a guest speaker at many conferences such as Fresno State Summer Bridge, Chicano’s in Law, Adelante Mujer Hispana, and other miscellaneous High School and student conferences.
